A longtime advocate for underrepresented talent, Grace has mentored dozens of designers, engineers, and career-changers. Her passion for mobility, equity, and real-world skill visibility sparked ViaSkill.

Julia Hendricks – Co-Founder & CRO

Julia is a high-performing sales leader with a 15-year track record across SaaS and enterprise tech. She brings deep expertise in strategic account growth, solution selling, and complex deal orchestration—backed by results.

Previously at Lytx, she led key enterprise accounts, achieved up to 321% of quota, and managed $40M+ across bookings and renewals. Recognized with multiple President’s Club awards, she is a trusted advisor on high-stakes decisions.

He’s led teams from zero-to-one builds to platforms serving millions, spanning full-stack, distributed systems, and AI integration—turning complex problems into user-centered solutions.
