This Privacy Policy forms part of, and is subject to, our User Agreement and Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the User Agreement. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, information that has been de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized such that it can no longer be used to identify a specific individual, directly or indirectly, is not considered “personal information” and ViaSkill may use such information for any lawful purpose without restriction.
